NETworks is looking for a collaborative, efficient individual to support the Finance and General Management departments. This position will assist with the daily operations of current and future touring productions. In addition to working collaboratively with all members of the GM and Finance departments, this position will also assist with general administrative needs in the Maryland office. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone interested in the business side of touring Broadway.

Major Responsibilities
• Support the General Management and Finance teams with day-to-day departmental and show-specific needs
• Assist in the onboarding of new company members, including
o Creation, distribution, and collection of HR and PR paperwork
o Distribution of scripts and scores
o Assembly and distribution of welcome packets
o Ordering of Opening Night gifts and other show swag and supplies
• Organize and maintain employment records of all company members
• Process weekly royalty pool reports and correspondence
• Support Travel/Housing process, including
o Aide in the review and selection of company hotels
o Research appropriate stop-over cities
o Organize and maintain records of hotel bids, fully executed contracts and housing summaries
• Reconcile and code various bills and invoices
• Audit various accounts and assist show staff in reconciliation
• Entering A/P and A/R in company systems
• Process and mail capital and profit distributions
• Maintain vendor files
• Scan and maintain investor documents
• General accounting and office administrative work, including copying, scanning, mailing, and filing

Skills and Qualifications
• College degree, preferably with an accounting or theatrical focus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative and organized
• Understanding of basic accounting terms and practices. Business and finance knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheets using complex formulas a plus
• Theatrical background a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to new business software
• Ability to multitask projects in a high stress environment, paying close attention to detail
