Assistant Company Manager

NETworks Presentations is seeking Assistant Company Managers for national tours launching over the 2021/2022 season.

Qualified candidates will have experience in a theatrical office or production setting. The Assistant Company Manager reports to the tour’s Company Manager. Responsibilities include: advancing logistics and Box Office/House Seat needs for all touring markets, developing local market info sheets, coordinating group travel and housing, processing insurance claims, assisting with nightly Box Office statements, commissions/payments, coordinating company parties, press events, and backstage tours, and monitoring the overall health and well-being of all touring personnel.

Candidates must be must be able to multi-task in ever-changing work environments while remaining cool, calm and approachable for all company members. ACM will interact with the producing and creative teams and will have access to confidential information, requiring the upmost discretion and professionalism. Candidates must also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and must be licensed drivers.
